Terms and Conditions for Documentation Work

Scope of Work

The Contractor agrees to perform documentation-related services, which may include but are not limited to: • Preparing, writing, or editing technical documents, manuals, reports, or guides • Structuring and formatting documentation • Conducting research required for accuracy • Delivering files in agreed formats (e.g., Word, PDF, online content) A detailed scope will be outlined in the Project Agreement or Work Order.

Deliverables and Deadlines

• The Contractor will deliver documentation according to the timeline agreed upon by both parties. • Any changes or additions to the scope may result in revised deadlines and additional fees.

Payment Terms

• The Client agrees to pay the Contractor the amount specified in the quotation, invoice, or project agreement. • Payments may be structured as: o Fixed project fee o Hourly rate o Milestone-based payments • Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the invoice.

Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing all necessary documents, information, and approvals required for the documentation work. Delays in providing required documents may affect the timeline of service delivery. The client must ensure all provided documents are authentic and accurate.

Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to: • Provide all necessary information, materials, and access needed to complete the documentation • Respond to queries in a timely manner • Review deliverables promptly during the revision process Delays in responses may lead to adjustment of deadlines.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of any sensitive or proprietary information shared during the project. This obligation continues even after project completion.

Government Fees and Charges

All government fees, stamp duty, registration fees, and other statutory charges are separate from our service charges. These fees are payable directly to the government and are not included in our service charges unless specifically mentioned.

Warranty and Accuracy

• The Contractor ensures that the documentation will be original, accurate to the best of their knowledge, and free from plagiarism. • The Contractor is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Client.

Limitation of Liability

The Contractor is not liable for: • Financial or business losses resulting from the use of the documentation • Delays caused by factors outside the Contractor's control Liability, if any, is limited to the value of the contract.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches the terms. The Client will pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of India

Acceptance

By proceeding with the project, both parties acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
