Terms and Conditions for Documentation Work

Scope of Work

The scope of work includes all documentation services as agreed upon between THIRUPATHI DOCUMENTATION and the client. This includes but is not limited to Document Registration, EC Application, Patta & Chitta, DTCP Approval, Building Approval, and Layout Approval services.

Service Charges

Service charges will be determined based on the nature and complexity of the work, property value, and scope of services required. All charges will be clearly communicated to the client before commencement of work. Additional charges may apply for expedited services or additional requirements.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be as agreed upon in the service agreement. Typically, an advance payment may be required to initiate work, with the balance payable upon completion or as per the agreed schedule. All payments must be made through authorized channels only.

Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing all necessary documents, information, and approvals required for the documentation work. Delays in providing required documents may affect the timeline of service delivery. The client must ensure all provided documents are authentic and accurate.

Timeline and Delivery

Service timelines are estimates based on standard processing times and may vary depending on government processing times, document availability, and other external factors beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to complete work within estimated timelines.

Document Security

We take document security seriously. All documents provided by clients will be handled with confidentiality and stored securely. Digital copies will be maintained as per our data retention policy. However, clients are advised to maintain their own copies of important documents.

Government Fees and Charges

All government fees, stamp duty, registration fees, and other statutory charges are separate from our service charges. These fees are payable directly to the government and are not included in our service charges unless specifically mentioned.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive for accuracy and completeness, THIRUPATHI DOCUMENTATION shall not be liable for any delays, errors, or issues arising from government processing, incorrect information provided by clients, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the service charges paid.

Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation policies will be as per the service agreement. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the agreed terms. No refunds will be provided for work already completed or government fees already paid.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the services will be resolved through mutual discussion and negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

Modifications

THIRUPATHI DOCUMENTATION reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Clients will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of services after notification implies acceptance of modified terms.
